Given the evolving situation, we have made the difficult decision to stop operations of our ships sailing round trip from Miami to the Caribbean with departures from March 14th through April 30th. This was a decision that was not taken lightly; however, the health and safety of our guests and crew members is our top priority. In addition, given the uncertainty that surrounds COVID-19 we understand that you may be reluctant to travel in the short term.  We want to make sure that all our guests are able to enjoy their cruise experience to the fullest.

As a guest booked through MSC Cruises CANADA on a sailing round trip from Miami to the Caribbean with a departure from March 14th through April 30th, we are offering you a Future Cruise Credit for 125% of the original cruise fare paid. The future cruise credit can be used on any sailing departing before December 31, 2021. Any applicable pre-paid items and government taxes will be refunded to the original form of payment. If you do not use the 125% future cruise credit by December 31, 2021, we will automatically provide you a full refund equal to the original amount paid.

While we hope you choose to reschedule your cruise for a future date, we understand this may not be the ideal option for you. If you choose not to take the future cruise credit, we will provide a refund equal to the original amount paid.
