What is Flex Air Program?

Fly & Cruise is a program that enables MSC Cruise guests to travel stress-free by booking air travel through us. Guests can plan and manage their cruise and flights all in one place and travel with confidence, knowing that MSC's Cruise Consultants are ready to assist with travel issues.

Why should I book Flex Air Program?

Fly & Cruise offers two important benefits to our guests:
 
1. Assured arrival. MSC Cruises is committed to making your trip as smooth and stress free as possible. If you experience travel difficulties (flight delays, cancellations, etc.), our team will help.
2. 24/7 support. Our support team is available to assist, 24/7, so you can enjoy your vacation.

Who can book Flex Air Program?

This program is available to guests flying out of our participating airports and cruising out of one of our participating ports. You can book both cruise and flight together, but all flights must be associated with a cruise. Please note, for cruises booked through a travel agent, air tickets should also be booked through your travel agent.

Do my flights need to coincide exactly with my cruise embarkation and return dates?

MSC Cruises allows flights up to 3 days before and after your cruise dates.

If I book flights earlier or later than my cruise (for independent travel), can I get a hotel through MSC Cruises?

As part of planning your vacation, MSC Cruises would be happy to book you a stay at one of our partner hotels.

How can I book a flight?

You can book by calling 1-833-253-9978, Monday-Sunday 9AM – 6PM EST. Our specialists are standing by to help you book convenient flights at competitive rates. If you booked your MSC Cruise through a travel agent, please call your travel agent to book air tickets.

What are the rules for luggage if I book a flight through MSC Cruises?

All air tickets include at least 1 checked bag, with additional checked bags available for a fee. Please inquire with your airline to confirm any additional luggage allowance.

Guest must check with airline for specific bag allowances such as size and weight.  

Does MSC Cruises offer transfers between airport and ship?

MSC Cruises offers convenient port transfers between airport and ship. Please note that port transfers are only available on the same day as cruise embarkation and disembarkation, must be booked ahead of time, and are not included in your airfare.
 

What ticket classes are available?

MSC Cruises offers air tickets in various seating classes: economy, premium economy, and business. Please ask our agents about available classes for your chosen flights.

What are the payment and consultation policies?

Enjoy a smoother travel experience!
When booking, full payment for the flight will now be required at the same time as your cruise.

 

  • 100% refundable flight up to 61 days before your cruise departure.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
  • Transfers not included, but available at an additional cost.
  • One checked bag included in the fare.
