In most cases for Canadians cruisers, flying is the only option to get to the port to start your MSC Cruise. We have partnered with the major Canadian tour operators over the years to bring
you to your chosen port of embarkation. Many cruisers do not know that MSC Cruises have been overing Fly and Cruises to tens of thousands of happy cruisers
each year around the world and we are now bringing this concept to North America for the first time. 

We’ll do all we can to ensure you make it to the ship - even if your initial flight is delayed - with assistance at airports assuring a trouble-free start to your journey. 
You can count on free transfers between the airport and the ship, as well as a dedicated help desk number, available from three hours before your flight, and luggage recovery
to help you trace your luggage in case of handling errors with delivery directly to your cabin.
It’s just worth mentioning that in some countries, customs regulations require the guest to be present when luggage is returned.

What is included in the Fly & Cruise package? What is not included?

The price of the Fly & Cruise package includes the return flight* and ground transfers, the 7-night cruise in the cabin and experience selected at the time of the reservation.

Beverage package, other on board services such as shore excursions and gratuities are not included in the package.


* One baggage of 23 kg per person is allowed.


Can I modify or extend my flight?

We will offer departures that match the embarkation and disembarkation times of the cruise. Any requests for different departure/arrival dates and/or airports will be managed individually, on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to cancel, what are the penalties?

You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. If you cancel your Fly & Cruise package between 120 and 90 days prior to departure, a non-refundable deposit of CA$250 plus 50% of the cruise fare will be charged. If you cancel between 89 and 45 days prior to departure, a 75% penalty of the total Fly & Cruise will apply. If you cancel inside 44 days prior to departure, a 100% penalty of the total Fly & Cruise package will apply.

Will confirmation be issued with all components of the package o separately? Where will it be issued from?

MSC Cruises will provide booking confirmation for all the components of the Fly & Cruise package; cruise, flight and ground transfers. The E-tickets will include the air and transfer vouchers. 

Can we buy a Fly & Cruise package for a 3rd and 4th passenger?

Yes, you can book a package for 4 passengers in the same stateroom. 

Do I need to check-in for cruise and flight separately?

Yes. The online check-in for the cruise is through your guest account on For flights, you will be able to do an online check-in on the airline website.

Will there be a marked area at the port/airport to meet the transfer/driver?

You will benefit from the MSC Cruises ‘Meet & Greetʼ service where MSC Cruises personnel will be present at the airport and will lead you to the buses.

Can I use my FCC to book a Fly & Cruise package?

Yes, if you have an FCC, it can be used to book a Fly & Cruise package. The value can be used also to buy on board services. 

What happens if a flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions?

If the cancellation is due to an event of force majeure and/or any unusual or unforeseeable, we will offer the passenger the choice of:
a) Receiving a full refund of all money paid; or
b) Booking another Vacation Package from the Company’s brochure and/or official website, of equivalent or superior value, if available, at no extra cost; or
c) Booking another Vacation Package from the Company’s brochure and/or official website, of equivalent or lower value, if available, with a refund of the difference in price
MSC Cruises must be notified of the passengerʼs decision in writing or via their travel agent within seven days of the notice of cancellation
