Up to 48 Hour Cancellation Before Your Cruise
At MSC Cruises, we want you to book a cruise with the assurance you need. That's why we've created the CRUISE ASSURANCE PROGRAM - allowing new and existing guests to postpone up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and reschedule for a future date.
Guests have greater flexibility on sailings departing through September 30, 2022. If you opt to defer a booked cruise in the given time frame, we'll give you a Future Cruise Credit in the amount you paid and you can reschedule your cruise. Your Future Cruise Credit must be redeemed by December 31, 2021 and is valid on any cruise departing on or before September 30, 2022.
To participate in the MSC CRUISES ASSURANCE PROGRAM, you must have a valid booking made between August 5, 2020 and May 31, 2021.

Which sailing dates are included in total CruiseFlex?
If you booked your cruise between August 1st, 2020 - May 31, 2021 AND your cruise departs through September 30, 2022, you qualify for Total CruiseFlex.
*Note: All guests participating in Total CruiseFlex must cruise on or before September 30, 2022.
Excluding World Cruise and World Cruise segments.

How do I participate in Total CruiseFlex?
In order to participate in Total CruiseFlex, you will need to call our Contact Centre at least 48 hours prior to your cruise departure. Let our Contact Centre know you would like Total CruiseFlex and you wish to move your cruise to another date and/or ship.
Our Contact Centre will help you move the funds on your original cruise booking to your new cruise booking. Your new cruise booking must sail on or before April 30, 2022. You may choose any ship/sail date.

MSC Cruises Canada guests who have a new booking made between August 5, 2020 - May 31, 2021 may differ their cruise up to 48 hours prior to departure and reschedule. A Future Cruise Credit will be issued for the amount paid to any future cruise of your choice departing on or before September 30, 2022. The Future Cruise Credit is non-transferable. To book your new reservation, you must call our contact centre at 1-833-253-9978 or your preferred travel advisor. This offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
