MSC Cruises Assurance Program
Plan ahead with maximum flexibility
We can't wait to get back to cruising with you on the open seas. At this time all cruises starting from July 11, 2020 are scheduled to sail without changes. We realize that with the current environment you may want to reschedule to a future date, so we want you to feel assured that we understand.
MSC Cruises Canada is allowing new and existing bookings to cancel up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and reschedule for a future date. If you choose to cancel your current cruise, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit (excl. government taxes, fees & prepaid items) to reschedule for a future cruise.
When looking to reschedule your cruise, you can select any cruise within the same geographical area; for example if you are currently booked to travel in the Mediterranean your new cruise must also be in the Mediterranean. Your new cruise can be up to the value of your current cruise, however if the new cruise is of higher value you will be required to pay the difference.
In order to be eligible for the program you must have paid your balance in full. If you have not paid your balance in full, unfortunately you are not eligible to reschedule at this time under these new terms, and our standard booking terms and conditions will apply which can be found here.
If your cruise is due to depart after this date, then please bear with us. We are monitoring the situation and reviewing our policies accordingly, and will be in touch in due course with any additional changes. For direct customers who would like to request to use the MSC Cruises Assurance Program please fill out the form here.
Please visit our dedicated MSC Cruises Assurance Program page for additional information.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding at this time.
