The compensation policy covers all cruises cancelled by MSC Cruises in relation to the extraordinary circumstances the world is currently facing in connection with COVID-19. The cancelled cruises are listed below:

What happens if I want to book a more expensive cruise than the voucher value? Or a less expensive cruise?
Will the Future Cruise Credit be combinable with any promotion, including special rates and groups?
Is it possible to exchange the voucher for a full refund of the booking?
What if I am unsure about my new date of cruising?
Is it possible to extend the validity of the Future Cruise Credit voucher?
All markets except the below: No, the voucher’s validity is non-extendable. It must be used by December 31, 2021 for any future sailings departing before/on April 30, 2022. If not used, the voucher expires.
USA, Canda, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand only: No, the voucher’s validity is non-extendable. It must be used for any future sailings departing before December 31, 2021. If not used by the end of 2021, MSC Cruises will refund 100% of the voucher value.
Can I give my voucher to another person who wants to book ?
Can I use the voucher for multiple cruises?
Once I decide when to schedule my next cruise, how should I proceed to redeem the voucher?
For redeeming the voucher, you have 2 options:
1. If you booked directly with MSC through our consumer website or through our contact centre please contact us at 1-833-253-9978. Be ready to provide your original booking number, as well as the new cruise date for the future cruise reschedule.
2. If you booked through a travel advisor or a travel agency, please get in touch directly with your travel agent. Be ready to provide your initial booking number as well as the new cruise date you’ve chosen.
